Gary was very helpful and kind when helping us choose a storage unit. He went over everything, didn't leave any details out with pricing and insurance, and even gave us some helpful advice. He showed us to our unit, told us some tricks on how to open the door and even made sure we were able to open it ourselves. Glad to have someone like Gary working there!
The process to get this unit was the most convenient and easiest experience I've ever had with a storage business. I did everything online without having to talk to human at all. I'm all for the personal touch and contact with humans but when it comes to getting a storage unit I just want A Great Price, A Great Location, and No Haggling or Lies. It literary took less than ten minutes. I had a storage unit at a cheaper price than the one I had before, an assigned unit with a lock placed inside, and my contract downloaded signed and sealed. I wish all businesses could be this efficient.
I received excellent customer service from Liz Fernandez. She was helpful, informative, friendly, and respectful. My interaction with Liz helped make up for a horrendous experience with the manager of this location. Kudos, and thank you Liz!
