Wailea Movers

Noah, Micah, and Dylan did a fantastic job moving my household goods. They took great care to prep my home along the entryways. They handled my personal items carefully and took the time to check with me as to where in the home to place the boxes. Micah and Dylan were very conscientious with the work they did and really appreciated that. I have used other moving companies before and Wailea Movers has so far been the best in terms of value and quality and responsiveness. Michael and Christopher, who booked and coordinated the move were also conscious, engaged, and responsive. I would highly recommend Wailea Movers to anyone for a local or inter-island move.

Scheduling was easy. Movers were prompt, arrived to storage unit on time. The movers were friendly and polite. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were careful with handling the pieces throughout the move. They were a pleasure to work with. I would easily recommend.

Wailea Movers was very responsive when we contacted them just 4 days before our move on Presidents Day. James was able to organize the move, which included a baby grand piano, very quickly. We were introduced to Christopher, who led the move team, and he came out a couple of days before the move to inspect our items and the layout of the home to make sure the team was ready with the right equipment. Everyone involved did GREAT work! Thanks, Wailea Movers. Highly recommended. We'll definitely use them again.

Wish I had of known about Wailea movers before I chose the one we did. With that one we had done all that needed to be done and was given a Monday as our move out date back to the mainland. This was great because we then got our flights for that Friday given us ample time to do what needed to taken care of our rental home. When Monday came they were a no show so I called the company and was told that they’d be here on the Tuesday! Tuesday came still no show. This went on until Friday when Wailea movers shows up early in the morning at our door. The mover said that Wailea was asked to do a favor to our original movers and pick our stuff up. I was contacted by Mike the boss man of Wailea to ask what was to be done so I told him. I also told him we needed some hauling done as well. Mike said that was ok to do and charged me a reasonable price considering we had been just dropped on his lap. Our flights to the mainland were late Friday night so there was no time to waist. Turned out we made our flight but there was still a lot of cleaning and dumping of stuff since we’re a family of 4 with 2 dogs so My wife flew back to Maui a couple of days later. She was worried about what needed to be done. I again contacted Mike from Wailea about hauling stuff away. Because Wailea Movers had got the job at such a short notice there was a little confusion as to what was to be moved and what had to be dumped. My wife called and told me what was going on so I called Wailea and told Mike my wife was at the house and this is what she needed. He had a truck and some men there really quickly and they took care of business. It took my wife another few days to take care but we could have done. You know that I f the original movers had shown up on time as discussed nobody would of have needed to fly back it would of all been taken care of. You know I only seem to Mention one person from Wailea but there was a few of them they were all very professional and polite (not as strong as me but hey) they went about their mission. Thank you very much for your help everyone from Wailea and keep up what your doing cus you’re doing it right. If your moving from Maui call these people don’t do what I did and google movers and get quotes from many companies mostly in La but have an 808 area code it’s all right here in Wailea Movers check them out. I must add that Wailea has a very nice F150.

Communication was very good from the appt for the bid, and checking in with me leading up to the move. The guys were all very nice, professional, and took care with our belongings. They were good about asking questions because we had several items that were staying.
