The Restaurant at Hotel Wailea

My husband and I had a wonderful meal here during our honeymoon trip. The food and service were both top-notch and you cannot beat the beautiful views here at sunset. Our server, Ian, was thorough at describing the menu items and giving recommendations (since we wanted to try everything!). He even brought two glasses of champagne to our table to celebrate our honeymoon, which was a very thoughtful and appreciated gesture! The food was amazing - my absolute favorite dish was the scallop! If you're looking for delicious food, amazing service and beautiful views... this is your spot!

We ate here before our flight out of Maui, so we're a little rushed. Next visit we will have plenty of time. This restaurant is fantastic! Not cheap, but worth every penny. The ambiance is great. Staff was super professional and attentive. The food was exceptional. They had a ribcap on the menu that was outstanding. We all had a scallop appetizer that was perfectly cooked. I can't say enough good things about this place. I look forward to my visit in May.

I ate here with my family our first night staying at Hotel Wailea. We had high expectations for the restaurant after reading all the reviews. Service was friendly but very slow. It took an hour after our reservation time to get our first course and then another 40 minutes after that to get our main. We were minutes away from leaving the restaurant between our first and main course as we were no longer hungry. We watched as other tables who ordered a long time after us finished their meals. We told them to bring our dessert quickly after our main course and thankfully that sped things up. Food was good and unique but nothing memorable either.

We had an enjoyable business dinner here. Service was outstanding and the food, very good. My brother and I shared the beet salad starter, then had scallops and steamed fish as our mains. They were all excellent! This was our first time to this restaurant, but most of our party have been here multiple times.

Fixed price menu but tons of options! They also give you the perfect amount of food so you don't feel too full for drinks and dessert. The atmosphere is beautiful no matter where you sit and they have a great playlist of music. No top 40's or Hawaiian. Wish we could come back every night!
