Some of the best food I've ever had in my life. What a great experience. Service was amazing also and ambiance was second to none. Of course it is on the resort cluster and you would expect good food and service but this is on another plane. We will definitely be back every time we are on Maui I can assure you. Highly recommend..

This was certainly the dining highlight of our time in Maui.nnThe ambiance of the restaurant overlooking the water in Kapalua was breathtaking. Live music, sensational views, and a warm feeling in an upscale restaurant all contributed to the dining experience.nnThe wait-staff was attentive and incredibly knowledgeable with on point suggestions for both food and beverage.nnThe food itself was fantastic. Each of the courses were better than the previous with an overall incredible culinary experience.nnIf you’re on Maui, this is a restaurant that can’t be missed.

If I can say anything at all I would say this place is AWESOME! From our server down to the valet guy. We got the best food and our server even brought out a dessert he recommended that we didn't order and then we were glad he did as it was incredible. The food was worth the cost and the ambiance was hard to beat. I will definitely go back again.nnFYI the valet guy put our tops on our jeep as it lighty rained during dinner. Who does that?? Merriman's does!

Elite dining right on the water!nnPro-tip: you have to reserve your spot. Times open up usually at 8am PST exactly 1 month before your possible reservation. I booked a valentines day dinner on January 14th at 8:01am. Each seat is a $25 deposit that goes towards your final bill.nnThe food and drink is top notch as well as the service. Expect valet service as well so bring some tip cash. The views are picturesque and it's best at sunset! Check the sunset times because you won't want to miss that golden glow!nnThis place is premier, pricey and a great experience!

This is a go-to favorite for locals and tourists alike. We also all appreciated Merrimans staying open through the pandemic, taking safety seriously, and being so transparent in their communications on social media. The entire team supported our local community through this trying year and were absolutely wonderful. We're fans for life.
