Paia Fishmarket Front Street Restaurant

This place was just okay. I tried a few things from there and felt like the fish and chips were probably the best thing. The location is cool and the staff was friendly. The price was reasonable for the area. Overall, I would not give it a strong recommendation. If you are looking for something quick and decent, it hits the spot.

Great place. Felt like a hybrid between fast food and casual dining. Food was good but a little pricey for what you get. But totally worth it. Wife didn't like the fish and chips as much as the kind she has had in the past. This kind was a thin layer of batter. She likes the super thick batter. But she said the fish was good just the same. Wife asked for a non alcoholic refreshing drink, but since neither her nor the cashier are drinkers neither knew what to call what she wanted. The cashier did get best to make her something based on what she could understand from my wife's description. It didn't quite hit the mark, so it was an A- for the drink but an A+++ for her attempt and willingness to try to make us happy. Enjoyed this place.

It's a really nice little restaurant with good seafood options. You might have to wait in line for a few minutes but once you get your order in, they get your food out really fast. The food was great. I don't normally like seafood but I definitely enjoyed what they had to offer.nnI would recommend this place for a late lunch/early dinner since we didn't have to wait long around 4:30pm.

I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE. This restaurant is one of the best things you can put in your mouth in Maui! The fish is AMAZING quality and the service is spectacular. Best prices, best value, best food, just the best! One of my favorite things to get is the fish tacos. I am beyond obsessed. Also, the ginger beer is AMAZING.

This has been my favorite restaurant in Maui! The line is always out the door but we only waited for 5 minutes outside. Our lunch came out really quick and it was so delicious I want to come back in a few hours for dinner! I’d definitely recommend it! Also, the staff was very nice!
