Excellent service on 10/19/2020 by Jim. He responded to my home to replace a combination lock on my cannon safe. We discovered that, unfortunately, the combo could not be replaced. Jim stayed until research was complete and was very pleasant to deal with. I will use Aloha Lock and Safe for any future needs.

Superb customer service! We got a lock out in Sprecklesville and he responded within a very, very short turn around time on a Sunday afternoon, around 5 minutes or so. The price was exactly what I estimated it to be, but because I didn't have cash on me it was a little more to use a card. That's fine, I'm just very appreciative of his professionalism and quick response. Thank you for your help!!
