Jacob trained me for 5 weeks during his Fit in 5 weeks and DANG was it a rough, exhilarating 5 weeks. The program is no joke, and will put you throw the wringer. I’m a low-moderate gym guy and this kicked my butt. Even while being miles away, with his easy to use app, openness, and great communication, he was a great trainer

Jake trained me remotely for 10 weeks before while I was also training for a marathon. Thru consistent strength training, meal plan and support, I was able to improve my time, stay injury free, felt strong the entire race and had an easier recovery. As a runner, I have always primarily run/worked on my legs, but running less and strength training really WORKS. And as a swimmer, strength training has help me improve my speed and endurance in the pool. Jake as a trainer is supportive, responsive, and always checks in and gives advice, comments or replies to every single person who he works with. He truly cares about his clients and getting them the results that they want!

Jake is very well educated and takes his clients needs and expectations into consideration when creating custom fitness plans for each person. I have had several physical injuries and Jacob listens and modifies my workouts to make sure that I am staying safe while still getting an amazing workout. I look forward to continuing to work with Jacob.
