I LOVE Aloha Kihei CrossFit. They've checked in on me after I had my knee surgery. Always welcoming me into the box to do my PT. To this day making sure I don't overdo it and still scaling their program to allow me to still be a part of the class. These are some of the best people you could ever work/workout with.
