Tim ensured that our session was geared to my personal goals (arms and core strengthening) and actually made it fun! I'm not very athletic. Very reasonable pricing and very rewarding experience!nI'm going to refer my neighbor with a two year old daughter now that I've seen how kid oriented his studio is so mom can work out while daughter has fun too. No need for a sitter! This place is a hidden gem.

Tim is such a genuine person who will give you his full attention. My husband and I have had nothing but a great experience during our Pilates sessions with Tim. We love that we can go as a couple but that the workouts are customized to us individually. He took the time to do an intake interview with each of us individually and evaluate and set goals. The space is clean and comfortable. Tim is always cracking jokes making the exercises enjoyable. We have seen much improvement since we’ve started seeing Tim. We would highly recommend him and his studio to anyone!

OMG, I just had my first Pilates class yesterday and I absolutely loved it. I am a lazy person when talking about working out and I dislike gyms pretty much, so I believe I found my new way to work out:) Tim is an amazing instructor, he explains how thinks works, what is the class about and I actually had some FUN and felt relaxed after the class! The studio is very nice and clean, quiet, it has AC (a must). Lovely! I will be back.
