This place is lovely, I would not stay any place else in Haines. To add to the wonderful hotel is the fabulous restaurant! Worth going out of the way to experience this unique place. The owner Jeff and his staff are exceptionally nice and gracious. My husband and I very much enjoyed our weekend and can't wait to go back..

Great customer service! I arrived in Haines to find another hotel had given away my room... these folks were sold out too but moved mountains to put up my son and me for the night. Much appreciated, thanks again.
