Watch out for this Real Estate Company if you happen to be in the market for a business. They will send you an give you false info just to make a sale. The fairy system has limited service this day an age to haines so any an all business book you may ask for are cooked and they could not give a rats about being honest with a buyer. Being the fairy system has made major cut backs over the past few years your can take 25-30% off the top on any business they are promoting when trying to make a fair account of the value.
