A day prior to my appointment at BMW, I text the service advisor asking for new windshield wipers. He confirmed they were in stock and can be installed during my appointment. The next morning when I arrived for my appointment I pointed out the bad wiper blades and explained the right one was the worst. At BMW Maui the customer is never provided a service slip for the estimated work. So I left with no reference as to what I signed for. When I arrived to pick up my car the front blades were not replaced and not on the invoice. I asked to put $360 of my bill on another credit card. The service advisor could not log into the computer because he said he never remembers his password, which he had to look up. Once he was ready to check me out he charged the full amount to my first card. He did not know how to cancel it. He got the Sales Manger to help him and I have no idea what happened. Next he brought me to the parts desk and had me purchase my wiper blades. The parts associate was very nice and gave me a discount since I’ve been asking for new wiper blades for over a year. That’s another situation! A very nice mechanic put the blades on for me. I paid the $360 with my other credit card. It’s been two days and I have not been reimbursed the overcharge of the $360 that remains on my other credit card. Nor, have I been provided proof of the transaction. I’m told it should show up any day. I was provided with two typed receipts showing the amounts that should have been charged to each card. Still waiting for proof.

Anthony and Drew and their team were great. I got a great car at a great price. I felt like they took my questions and needs seriously. I highly recommend checking them out the next time you need a car.

Detailed what needed to be fixed by sending me a video of them showing me what was leaking or needed to be changed or fixed. Kept me informed to their progress and let me know beforehand if any additional expenses would incur. I loved that they text messaged me! Can’t be answering my phone at work.

Excellent service as always. Text message reminders of the appointment and very good communication during the day while my vehicle was being serviced. Really love the video that they sent of my vehicle while it was up on the lift.
