Roger Agaran & Ray are amazing!! They made it happen !! I walked away Same Day with a vehicle!!!! I just bought a car a month ago I got hit by a truck first accident in my life; car was totaled; insurance hasn’t paid back bank for first loan yet ; my credit went from 720 to 635 !! I honestly didn’t think it was going happen !! But Ray the Roger cared enough to make it happen !! They even drop the price of the vehicle so I qualified!! I honestly can’t thank you guys enough!! Ryan and the rest of the crew did a phenomenal job on my Altima! The customer service was amazing 10/10!

Most of the employees inside and around the Jim Falk Nissan weren’t using the face mask for Covid -19 protection .and some of the ones that had one weren’t using it properly. It is very disrespectful and dangerous!
