Hāna Bay Beach Park

Its gorgeous. Not a swimming spot but it's nice to look at and could be a very nice thinking spot or something like that. Not easy to drive to from Lahaina, but beautiful enough I braved to not recommended road trip.

My first impression of the beach is that it's clean, and big. They have benches for families and friends to have lunch or hang out. Lots of parking, and has have portable bathrooms. The water looks murky at the shore, because the sand is black. You have to go further out in order to see more clear waters. Didn't spend too much time here, because we wanted to get back home before dark, given the narrow roads back West on 360.

On our way down road to Hana, we made a pit stop here to have some lunch. They have a few table benches and porta potties. Nice place to hangout and enjoy the beach.

Not too shabby but nothing really to see. Good place to flop and eat something. Not for swimming.

I'm sure this place is great but it required a reservation and we were turned away. Check before you go so you have a better experience...
