Wahikuli Wayside Park

This was the best beach we went to. We went to Black Rock Beach and Baby Beach. But Wahikuli was by far the best. There were nice grassy areas to set your blanket on or your beach towel down as well as a nice sandy beach. Also there were showers and bathrooms! The swimming was great!

This lovely walk along the ocean has multiple parking lots along the path that were about half full when we came. This trail has a very customizable length seeing as how you can start from many different spots and walk any distance you want without any real destination. There is some shade however I would still suggest bringing sunscreen. If you are looking for a nice leisurely walk along the cost line then this is definitely the walk for you.nn--Submitted for Molly

Great place for snorkeling, swimming, picnics and more. Has a beautiful sidewalk that stretches along the ocean where you can ride your bike or go for a nice stroll. Several covered and uncovered picnic tables to sit and eat a meal with friend or family. I enjoy the snorkeling here as it gets deep pretty quickly. It is a little rocky in the water but I see several families who enjoy coming here with their little ones. It has bathrooms nearby however far you walk and good parking. There are several trees to provide shade here as well.

Crystal clear water. Lots of turtles. Clean bathrooms. Pleasant pathway. Thick healthy grass. The best.

Great park to picnic and watch the sunset. Has bathroom and outside showers. But has alot of rocky shoreline. Just a few areas of sandy Beach.
