Epic Maui Hikes

OMG I couldn’t have asked for any more with this company or Chris! My first trip to Hawaii and highlight was my waterfall tour with Epic Maui Hikes booked through Trip Advisor. I arrived at the meeting point, but no tour guide. I phoned and Trip Advisor failed to book my tour. I could have cried! Sally was able to make the tour happen and my guide, Chris, met me within 30 minutes!! I can not describe the amazing adventure I had. My main goal was to cliff jump although I’m scared to death of heights. I’m 50 yrs old and it was time to conquer, if only I could pull the trigger and just jump. Chris was so patient and encouraging while I stood at the ledge for probably an hour before finally taking the leap! We hiked the waterfalls and Chris made time to stop at other island highlights as well. His knowledge and passion of Maui make it clear he is in the right profession. I cannot thank him or Epic Maui Hikes enough for making that unforgettable day happen for me.

Thank you to Epic Maui Hikes for an awesome adventure. On our last day in Maui we went on a hiking tour with Epic Maui Hikes. We would never have gone as far on the hike without our guide. It felt like we had the island to ourselves. It was just our little group walking through the beautiful rain forest. We hiked to numerous waterfalls, swam up a stream and jumped off a cliff. Our guide picked guava from the tree that we got to taste, and found fresh ginger root. I’m so glad we could spend the morning exploring. It was the perfect way to end our trip.

Epic Maui Hikes was the absolute best experience I had on Maui! It was exactly the kind of adventure I was looking for! Our guide was full of aloha spirit and took us to places that were breathtaking. He was knowledgeable of the island, took as many pictures of us as we wanted, and fulfilled everything that we wanted to see. I couldn’t of asked for a better time on island. One of the highlights of our Maui visit was the hike we did with Remy (and Epic Maui Hikes). Remy was very knowledgeable and fun to hike with. He took some cool videos on a GoPro and we were able to leave with the memory card so we instantly had the content. Remy also helped us out by making suggestions of other places to see while on Maui. Great experience. Sean helped us book and he was great too!
