Jennifer rocks. I'm a brand new business owner and I called with a bunch of stupid questions. I had no clue what I was doing. She brought me up to speed within 24 hours AND put me in touch with two other great people who could help me with insurance and payroll. She even sent follow up texts checking on me over the weekend! I really felt like a friend was helping me. If I ever need accounting services again, she'll be the first person I call without hesitation. Thanks Jennifer

Paid $250 up front to just get set up with Quickbooks online, then never heard back from Aloha Accounting again. Come tax time, I was ignored and forced into voicemails repeatedly.nnUpdate: Jennifer did respond to this review and offered a refund as you see below. However after contacting her and showing proof of my receipt, my calls and texts are still being ignored and I still have not received the refund I was promised. I have tried repeatedly and it seems there's no more point to fight this anymore because they just don't seem to care.nnI would never recommend this company to anyone!!! Extremely unprofessional and I feel like I've been scammed!

Jennifer was amazing. This year with all the tax changes, we didn’t know what to expect. Also, being new business owners and a few complex financial situations we encountered, Jennifer was patient and helpful. Most importantly, she explained tax scenarios simply and made us feel at ease going forward with a plan. Worth every penny and we will be customers for years to come!
