I recently ordered from this business for the first time and will definitely do so again. I had an easy and efficient experience. I've been recreationally making candles for 20 years and was delighted to find this place online since the places I used to go in Seattle either shut down or didn't offer shipping & I've relocated. My order was processed very quickly and arrived sooner than I anticipated. The packing job was excellent and all of my fragile items were secured in the box with extra padding. The one thing that was different than other experiences I've had was that the soy wax was in one large block, and it's very large. In my past orders from other places the wax is often in flakes in bags. I used a sturdy thick metal spoon and could easily break it into big chunks as it's a very soft wax. The wax is outstanding in terms of quality. It burns a lot longer than most other soy waxes that I've tried. We've had a few rainy days and I decided to make some tea lights this morning. They dried quickly and have been burning all day. I've only ordered from this company once, but based on this initial experience I will definitely do so again.
