Terrible customer service. No communication between cooks and cashiers. Gave my food to an order that was THREE behind mine but didn’t seem to care and was in NO HURRY at all to fix it. Save your time, go to BJ’s burgers and fries.

Johnny Rockets at the SouthCenter Mall is awesome this place is sweet it's very easy to find and there's plenty of parking place's to park your car at . It's a sweet place to visit with your family and friend's it's at the food court at the mall . There's so many thing's to do at the mall this is one of them . #love

Horrendous service!!!! I had my kids waiting for food, the food looked like it would be good, but we will never know! 30 minutes later and they finally started making the food. I got my money back and left. The lack of service threw off the rest of the night, so thanks for that.
