I've been driving down towards downtown Renton to get my taco fix until I discovered this magical joint. The tripa, carnitas, barbacoa tacos are so good. Its especially hard to find a place who does tripas right, but this place is hands down the best Tacos de Tripas I've had in WA. Make sure to tell them to make it extra crispy!nnEdit: I've been eating here every week since December...haven't gotten food poisoning fyi.
