I called Jesus to see if he could pencil me in when no one else could. He was here an hour later, cleaned as much of the glass as he could reach from my car, fixed my window, and let me watch the whole time. Extremely professional, very nice and down to earth. More businesses should operate the way he does. If you're in the area and you need repairs, don't bother with Safelite or other larger companies, Jesus has got you covered at FM Auto Glass!

I have used Jesus with FM Mobile Auto Glass 3 times over the past several years to fix 2 windshields and a side window and his work has always been perfect and was completed the same day or next day. Jesus is a very nice guy, professional, offers his customers a great value, and he comes out to do the repairs where I work near BECU in Tukwila. He treated my cars with respect and has proven himself reliable and trustworthy. He answers when I have called him or he calls me back within minutes. He even calls to give updates when he is arriving or notify of any delays, and yes he did clean up the broken glass when someone smashed my wife's side window, so I had the complete opposite experience of some negative reviewers, therefore I assume those could be from his competition. I was on the fence about using a small, independent company the first time I called FM Mobile Auto Glass, but I am so glad I did! Jesus has saved me hundreds of dollars over the years and is the only good thing I have found about broken auto glass!

Jesus did a great job on the replacement of my window. Was punctual and extremely nice. Got to my car when no one else could today and did it in 45 minutes. Would definitely give these guys 5 stars any day of the week. Pricing was awesome and beat the other retailers around.

This company is amazing. I will NEVER call Safelite or Glass America again. This team arrived to my car within an hour of me calling, only took one hour to fix the broken window from today AND fix the botch job that Glass America did on a different window. The cost was HALF of Safelite and I was given way more instructions on how to care for these repairs for the first 24 hours. I am forever grateful to Jesus and FM Mobile Auto for easing my Monday stress back to a normal level.nnTHANK YOU SO MUCH

Feel like getting Ghosted, this might be the place for you.nset up a 2PM apt. at 3 I call them, they said 20 minutes. an hour after that , I try calling them again. right to voicemail.nWhat ever you do, DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE!!!
