This was my first time using Nicholson Plumbing/Heating. I'm purchasing a home and the home inspector found an issue with my heating. Jeff from Nicholson arrived and explained how to properly use the dual damper unit/dual thermostat for this home. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and clarified my concerns. There was a $75. evaluation fee but it was well worth it. He further explained what I needed to know regarding keeping my heating and a/c in good working condition with no obligation or pressure to commit to any maintenance at this time. I asked him for several quotes and he provided them. Apart from excellent service, he wore plastic booties, wore a mask and kept an appropriate distance from me. I highly recommend using their service.

I am so happy to have Nicholson in my house again to install a Mitsubishi ductless AC/heat pump unit. Zack and Andre were so friendly and professional, they went about their business and got done in half the scheduled time. Once again, the installation was a work of art and everything about the unit was clearly explained to me. Also, thanks to the front office for all the support that they do, all hands in the Company are consistently friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I have great peace of mind about all of the projects that Nicholson does for me.

Excellent job! Very efficient, clean and personable. Took the time to explain some other plumbing issues that we are not aware of - not a hard sell but very informational and professional. Expensive, like all plumbers, but worth it to have the job done quicklynand properly. Just had Nicholson back to replace the heating and hot water systems. Once again they were professional, efficient, clean and did a great job. I am exceptionally happy with Nicholson and will always go to them first for plumbing issues.

Steve and Jesse are AMAZING!! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!! I had a lot of copper piping that needed to be replaced due to pin hole leaks and a new hot water heater installed. They were both extremely professional , friendly and went above and beyond for sure. Thank you both again! I definitely will be calling Nicholson again soon for a vanity replacement.

I had to have a pipe changed out in order to accommodate a new vanity. Brian arrived early, followed Covid protocol, and changed pipe out the most cost effective way he could. Brian is a really nice young man, and full of knowledge. Nicholson plumbing has the best people working for them- and they know what they are doing and explain exactly what they are going to do, supplying an estimate in advance.nThank you again Nicholson - and thank you Brian!
