RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!! These people don't do fair business!!! I am a Veteran and warn of Veteran's to be very careful if you decide to use this place. IT COST me near 1000 dollars because a verbal notice that i was moving out was not good enough.nEven after 2 years you still do bad business. I would like to offer an OPTIONnAbadie St Storage. I have stored there for a year and half with no problems. They are friendly, considerably cheaper, much much better service.

Crystal was wonderful. She clearly knows what she is doing. She's a real asset to the company. The gentleman that helped me on my move day, which was a day no one was in the office, was a godsend! I'm so grateful to them for making a stressful life situation much easier to handle. I quickly realized as we were loading the U-haul that I would not have enough space in the unit I had rented. Fermin, quickly prepared a new unit for me so that I could unload my belongings one time only. Fermin also kept in touch with me throughout the day which made me feel much more secure after picking up my life and moving blind to a new town. I will be recommending your service to all my friends and family.
Fermin and Krystal were very helpful and friendly. They made the process easy and pleasant.
