Let me start by saying I've never left a negative review of any kind on social media, but felt I should make others aware of our experience. My wife and I purchased our house in October of 2017 three months after Tino's had painted it. The previous owner gave us the paperwork for the work that was done, and assured us the warranty was good for 2 years. In August of 2018 I met Danny the manager at Tino's, and introduced myself as the new owner. I requested someone come out to look at the paint, and showed him the included pictures. He also assured me that I had plenty of warranty left, it was transferable, but he was starting to gear down for the year. He asked if I could come back in the spring to schedule with him. I came back in March and was told I was on a list. In April I started calling or stopping by semi-regularly and was told I would be contacted. Several weeks ago I finally got ahold of Danny and he told me he didn't think my name was on the warranty, he didn't recall our previous conversations, and that he would have to look into it. I still haven't heard back. We can't even get somebody to come look at it. Forget about the status of the warranty, though. What I find most outrageous is that a company would be happy to let a paint job like this stay out there unresolved with their name tied to it. There are plenty of reputable companies in the Walla Walla valley that take pride in their work. If my experience is any representation of this company, they are not one of them

Tino's Painting just finished painting my 120 yr old home and patio. (This was no easy job). I cannot praise Danny and his crew enough. I have already been asked 5 times who did the work. Professional, polite and great job. Thank you Tino's Painting for all you did.
