The staff is super friendly, and very helpful. I've also called about suspicious card activity, and they responded immediately with no hassle and full refund. You can trust them, that's for sure.
I took a business check in to payoff the full amount for an auto loan. The check was for a car that was traded-in to a car dealership I work for. I was told they wouldn't deposit it into their members account because it wasn't a cashiers check. (So a business check from a car dealership can't payoff a car loan?!!) They told me they would not call MACU to verify the funds. After questioning and pushing back they finally said they would deposit it into a savings account with a 7 day hold, but still would not apply it to the loan until after the 7 days!!! I payoff auto loans for the car dealership evey week to numerous credit unions and banks and have never had such an experience where I felt like they could care less if their member's auto loan was paid off or not... all while I was begging them to take the payoff check! Very disappointed in this Jordan Credit Union location.
Charging for not using an account is ridiculous. I got a new construction loan funded through them and paid over 10k in interest in a year. After paying of the construction loan I still had a balance in my account and they charged me to hold my money because I didn’t use the account. That’s robbery.
This branch is incredible!! They are always so helpful and friendly. They deserve all of the “credit” they receive when it comes to the success of this branch. Cyndi and Josh are like the cool kind of extended family. 😊
I LOVE the Riverton Jordan Credit Union so much! I have had my personal account there for years and recently opened up my business account and it was so quick and easy! Awesome credit union!
