I'm a patient person who enjoys a sloppy burger, but this place ruined my craving for A&W. I get that some managers just need to make that extra money. Normally I'd prefer to speak to a manager versus publicly berate how they operate business, but you can tell the problem isn't just the food or the lack of genuine customer service; this is a situation where the entire staff needs rehired or it should be shut down to prevent further disgrace to the brand.nnContact me for details versus sending a canned email response.

Drive thru cashier was friendly and polite. Service was fast. Food was hot and fresh. Great place for lunch!

A&W used to have the best root beer on the entire planet! They used to give a free baby root beer to their tiny customers and it was the best you ever tasted. That was what kept me coming back through college and beyond. Not any more. Now it comes from the fountain and isn't even an A&W product. It is hardly worth drinking. The 2 liter bottles of A&W available at Wal-Mart next door are far better than the root beer sold at A&W. Their burgers and frys were o.k. So were their tots, those were invented when I was in grade school and we loved them, and still do.

Horrible bad customer service. Ordered the chickens strips and by 3 they where out and only had two pieces left. We went with cheese burgers and had to wait for our food the only thing that was hot was the fries the cheese on the burgers wasn't even melted!!! Spend $50 on a meal you expect it to at least be good. Won't be going there again. Will pick the one in Nyssa from now on

Traveling cross country and stopped for a bite. Ordered cod slider basket mushroom burger and cheese curds.nnRevieved fries,cheese curds, 2pieces of fish by themselves(no slider) and a small container of cole slaw .nnEnjoy the burger you never gave us.nAlso think about changing the coleslaw as I spit it out soon as I tasted it ...disgusting.
