Highly highly recommend!! Beautiful, delicious food served with style and so much flavor. Super welcoming staff. Taking utmost precautions, requiring masks at the door, light and airy and very socially distanced inside. They have a kids menu and it’s very kid friendly, but cocktails and vibe is super adult friendly as well. Will definitely be back!!

If I could give this place a thousand stars I would! I had an amazing experience. The food was amazing, the drinks oh my don’t even get me started. You know how you order a drink and it’s so nice and then you order a second one of the same and you feel like you just got the knock off version of the first? Not here... you’ll get everything like as if it’s your first time. I work in customer service and the service here was top notch I am so impressed. AMANO is a hidden gem in Caldwell, I drove two hours and I was not disappointed.

Elevated Mexican food with a cool, casual atmosphere. Took my team there for dinner and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The cocktails were a highlight for me (the food was authentic and truly tasty) but I love me a good margarita and Amano does not disappoint!

This restaurant never ever disappoints!! The top shelf drinks, appetizers, main dish choices and even desserts are exceptional!! Love the atmosphere and the people are very kind very knowledgeable. If you like authentic Mexican food you will absolutely not be disappointing. I’ve been coming here since they opened and look forward to it every time.

First time here and I must say, I was blown away! The Guacamole was very good and had just the right amount of flavoring. The La Birria Tacos (3) were very filling and delicious! The owner, Salvador was very hospitable when he served us our lunch plates. I went with a friend and will be recommending this place to many others in the Treasure Valley and beyond! Would love to see this restaurant expand to downtown Boise or Eagle, as the service and menu is top notch! If you haven't been here before, you're doing yourself a disservice. Highly recommend!
