Great service. Our Jeep battery was dead one morning. The Manager came to the rescue and helped us jump start it.nWe loved our little cabin that had everything we needed. Wonderful location.

I started to post a review early in our stay but thought it should wait until our week was complete. I would not rent from Wallowa Lake Resort/Flying Arrow Resort again. There was very little management availability (our keys were left outside at the office and the office was closed most of the week when we tried to talk with them). The instructions for laundry were unclear (there were supposed to be signs that were not actually present at the cabin). Management was rude when I let them know the signs were not there. Towels were in poor shape and not sufficient quantity for the people staying in the home.nThe cabin was beautiful and poorly maintained; a reviewer of 17 Deer Creek from two years ago noted issues that are still present (broken blinds, broken ceiling fan, dripping faucet).nWallowa Lake is a beautiful area and we enjoyed our time, but would not recommend this company.

Ok, be aware that photos listed are heavily edited from very flattering angles. The “private lawn”is a small patch of grass.The kitchen was held together with particle board. The WiFi was non functional. If you think your coming out here to escape with a scenic mountain and or lake view keep looking. You will have another cabin and a giant propane tank outside your window. You will be in a sea of other cabins. Secluded it is not. All of these things could have been overlooked if you’re right on the water or have an amazing Mountain View. But you don’t.

I rented a cabin for 2 nights. It was cozy. There was wood for the fireplace. There was a small fridge and stove. The shower barely drizzled. I got in and had a hard time with the drizzle just rinsing off. Washing my hair was off the table. Instead I went to the sink and washed it there. There was no heat and it was freezing during the night. One step above camping for a huge price. Also broken glass in the driveway and under one of the dining room tables. Because of the location they have business.nAfter that experience I was switched to a room at the inn. Similar storynOne part had heat, the other didn’t. It was a Tuesday night and the inn restaurant was CLOSED. I went across the street and got take out which I ate in the darkened hotel dining room. I have had way better hospitality in Hostels.nWould think twice about coming here.
