The Blythe Cricket is amazing. From the warm and comforting hygge design to the equally satisfying breakfast, this is a gem of Wallowa County.
Cute place and cozy atmosphere. Tasty food but lacking in customer service. Corn cakes were huge and enjoyed by two people. We really wanted to rave about this place, but it took almost an hour to get our order. And I had to remind them about the order, to take responsibility, and that others had the same order after us and are already done with their meals. No offer to refill our coffee while we waited or anything to help us feel cared for. And I tipped up front.
Great food and great service! Has a decent variety of soups, sandwiches, and salads. Their website seems to be kept fairly current too, which is a plus in my mind. The atmosphere in the dining area is relaxed and has an elegant yet rustic/country vibe. I would drive to Joseph just to come here again! Definitely recommend!!
Wear masks while entering and exiting. Cozy, warm and friendly. Delicious cakes and pastries. Great breakfast and lunch.
Had a fantastic lunch here at the Blythe Cricket! Been here twice and both times the food was excellent! If your ever in Joseph Oregon I highly recommend it. Keep it up cousin!
