Always delicious food & fantastic service. The owners are wonderful. I’ve been craving some schnitzel and sure do wish we were closer to the Vali’s restaurant. If you visit Wallowa County, The Vali’s is definitely a must stop (don’t forget to make reservations) for dinner! If you are lucky enough to visit during donut season (yes, it is a thing) the Vali’s donuts ARE THE BEST. 5 STARS!!
Oh. My. Not only the absolutely best donuts I have *ever* eaten, I'm not kidding, the strawberry shortcake may have been the best thing I have ever eaten in my *entire* life and I am almost 50 years old. The steak- perfectly medium rare. Call the day before to ensure you also can experience this gastronomical wonder. Fresh donuts on the weekends. I'm serious. The best food.
You have to try it. IT. IS. AWESOME. So tasty you can’t stop eating, simply a pearl of NE Oregon and even the whole state. Judging from my profound experience with 1&2 Michelin stars places and substantial amount of time enjoying foodies’ places like SF and Philly.
They make donuts in the mornings most days of the week and the best fricken dinners but you have to have reservations wayy in advance usually.
Hands down the best restaurant my wife and I have ever eaten at. Exceptional food, wonderful atmosphere, and extremely friendly staff.nnWe spent our 1 year anniversary dinner here and without a doubt I can say we could not have made a better choice.
