Isn’t bad. It’s horrible. Extremely unprofessional, rude and not honest. I came here to do the state inspection and I had to come back because some stuff failed. Went to a mechanic he fixed everything and when I came back to reinspect the guy said he could see a dust in the car so it was already a fail which he didn’t mention in the first time a week ago. Definitely MRV shouldn’t allow this place to inspection any car. I had to pay the fee again to car be inspected somewhere else.
I witnessed two people working there screaming at each other while I waited for service, waited a long time for service, and was left with a sticky residue on my car. The day after I used my credit card here, my credit card number was stolen and used for thousands of dollars of fraudulent purchases.nnDon’t go here! I had a bad feeling when I walked in, and should’ve trusted my gut.
Small, locally owned garage which also does state inspections. Friendly staff, good service and reasonable prices
Very rude... I do not recommend this place... Try Framingham Auto Service instead for better service.
My wife went in for a state inspection that was supposed to cost $35, than they come with a $55 bill, they told her it was a bad lamp. I had replaced a defective lamp 2 days before (I have the receipt), and everything was good. They didn't even ask her about changing the light and didn't show her the problem, just charged the extra $20. Never going back there!
