Terrible customer service. Employee Hector is demeaning and rude to customers. I have been going to this store since last year and this guy always looks miserable. He looks like he hates his job and is rude to customers. He never makes an effort or go out of his way to help people. My own experience I have already reported and made a formal complaint to the company itself.nThe manager Joel, backs up his employees bad customer service and completely ignores any complaint about the store. They behave in a manner where they don't need the customers and are annoyed of them. Customer service is part of it... if they don't like it, QUIT. Completely unprofessional.

This is the worst CVS Pharmacy I’ve been to. My prescription is never ready even though I give it a day to pick up. Then when I arrive to pick it up. Again it’s never is ready. Also, I’ve used the Drive-Thru but nobody comes to the window when I press the Call Button and the staff in the Pharmacy see me at the window. This is insane. What kind of management runs this place. If I was you. Use another store. This one SUCKS!!

Horrible. Supposed to be free covid test. Thats a lie. I made an appointment, waited over an hour and a half for them to figure out my insurance. It had a problem. I asked isnt the covid test free anyway. He said NO. Then he told me to go to the walk up testing site down the street. The place down the street was so much nicer and faster. Almost two hours at cvs. Between the ride, wait and test at SMOC, i was done in under a half hour. Thanks SMOC
