CVS

This is my local CVS. I do convenience shopping here as well as get my scripts. The store, and especially the pharmacy can get very busy during rush hour times so be mindful of that. I like all of the staff here and there are self checkout lanes that help when it does get busy.nnI can also assure the milk here is stocked. Strange malicious or prank reviews abound for some reason.

I love shopping at this CVS. The place is always clean and Neat, and the employees are great.nPharmacy staff is also very nice and helpful, I just wish they opened up more registers when it's busy

Where do I begin? Not once but 3 times has this CVS location pharmacy screwed up my prescriptions. The pharmacy crew you have here are literally inept at their job and clearly weren’t trained properly how to handle peoples’ health insurance plans. My birth control prescription has been free for more years than I can count. In the state of Massachusetts, Mass Health completely covers birth control. On multiple occasions, I went to pick up my prescription and they told me I had a health insurance I’ve never even heard of or have ever had in my entire life. They proceeded to tell me that I didn’t have mass health even though I called mass health IN FRONT of them and the state confirmed my health insurance was 100% active. They said there was nothing they could do even though they heard from a mass health representative that my insurance was indeed active. They tried to make me PAY out of my own pocket on multiple occasions almost $200 for my birth control! Birth control! After having enough, I demanded a transfer. I went to a different CVS location in another town I had used before and what do you know?! My insurance came through no problem the same day and my prescription was once free again like it should be. I asked the pharmacy tech why that happened at the other location and your OWN pharmacy tech told me that your crew in CVS Framingham worcester road had no clue what they were doing and that should never have happened. Shame on you! What are you trying to scam people out of their own pocket when their prescriptions should be covered by health insurance? Because this is the only location I’ve ever come across this issue! Shame on you!

They were helpful when I needed photos for legal purposes. They looked up the right dimensions and a great job. I recommend this location for visas and passports photos! Thank you!

Always some sort of infighting. The pharmacy staff would never assist. There is a huge fluctuation in price for my medications. They’ve also lost several prescriptions. Don’t go here.
