Inexpensive secure storage. Great staff!

Best prices I found in Bend, and good availability and flexibility compared to other storage places. All around good experience and office manager Kyle is a champ.

This was a great place to store my camper. They are very responsive to emails/calls, very easy to work with (convenient set-up of account, payment, etc.), and the price is very reasonable. The lot is secure and really what made it great was the staff- friendly, very professional and responsive. Highly recommend ud83dude0a.

I rented a storage unit at Brosterhouse Storage because they had the lowest price. The forced me to purchase a lock from them, even though I already had a u-bolt lock that was superior (brinks) to the ones they make you buy from them (made in China).nnOne month after moving my stuff into the unit Brosterhouse Storage raised my rental rate.nnThe units themselves were not secure or sealed. The mechanism to lock the door is galvanized sheet metal, and could be easily compromised with hand tools. I didn't notice this until after I had already moved my stuff in, and was a little worried to leave anything of value in there. Rodents also got into my unit, and destroyed some of my camping gear.nnBrosterhouse storgage also says that you need to give 30 days notice before vacating, which is reasonable, but the contract is not clearly worded, and when you try to give 30 days notice they tell you that you need to give 30 days from the date payment is due.nnIn the end they kept my deposit, and charged me for 50 days that the storage unit was empty! There was no damage to the unit whatsoever! After that, they tried to get me to sign a form saying I had vacated the unit. They did this so they could let out the unit to someone else, even though I was still paying rent on it!nnBrosterhouse Storage takes advantage of customers, has rodents in their units, assumes no liability for damage to your stuff, and makes you sign a contract which is wordy, unclear, and misleading. You have been warned BUYER BEWARE.
