Love Jack. Was really excited when it opened. Been there 5 times and not once has my food been more than luke warm. Barely room temperature. Very disappointed each time I've gone. The one in Ontario never disappoints.
I recommend the #10, Jack's Spicy chicken. Get the seasoned curly fries with that, you won't regret it. If you need a little extra with that, go with the jalapeno poppers.nIf I'm eating fast food, I only eat at Jack!nMy sandwich was awesome, crispy fresh lettuce and delicious ripe tomato. Buttery bun and the spicy chicken. Bomb dot com.nGet out there and get you one!
Hamburgers were cold food was not good :( we love jack in the box but were highly dissatisfied with this one.

Thank you for making the food right. Nice and hot. Seemed fresh. Fast and friendly service. Drive thru only at this time. I thought they made a mistake and the manager was very nice about it. She pulled up my order and explained I didn't order plain bacon burgers but said she'd remake them if I wanted to drive back. Didn't take her up on her offer. Thank you for excellent customer service!
