Once again top notch service and amazing food! This location consistently has the nicest staff and the freshest food it never disappoints us. Tonight we had sweetest young man named Luis who was very thoughtful and ensured we had everything we needed and went above and beyond dealing with us two crazy ladies who couldn't make up their minds lol. I do believe had we gone anywhere else they might have kicked us out for changing our minds so many times. I hope the management keeps Luis around because he's a great asset to an already amazing business. Thank you guys for giving this mom a break from cooking and providing great food, great staff and a great value!

5 star food, 3 star service. Service barely okay. Natalie needs customer service training. Seemed to have attitude. No thanking people at all. Last I remember if customers do not come in and pay for food people do not have jobs. I asked for a few extra hot peppers that were in the chicken and received none. Always get extra at all Panda Express we go too. Not sure if I will be back

Food was good. Customer service could use some help. If you have a sauce that goes with your food... And everyone likes it, then why not let customers pay extra to get some to go with their meals? This has never been a problem until recently. If we are ordering 3 meals you only can offer 1 tiny container of orange sauce?? But if we go in and order 3 seperate meals we can each get 1 sauce per meal... Come on manager... Get it right. SMH

Very disappointed this time. Peppered Angus Beef, Honey Sesame Chicken, and Chow Mein was what we ordered. 3 or 4 pieces of small meat/chicken all vegetables, onions,and bell peppers. Usually you get about 6 pieces of meat/chicken with the vegetables. The beef was way under cooked still very pink. Chicken was good and Chow Mein was the best part of this meal. I hope my husband and I don't get sick from the under cooked beef. Usually Panda Express is better then this. What happened?nVisit date 3/16/2021nTime about 6 pm

I ordered in the app and it said that my order would be ready by 8:07. I have been here for 20 minutes and have yet to even have had an employee ask to help me while customers coming in and out were serviced. This tells me to never order on the app because apparently they don’t care about you or your order. I understand that they’re busy but I’m sure someone has 15 seconds to tell me that they’re waiting for something or that it will take longer than expected. Terrible service, I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon unless I’m not the one paying for it.nnIt is now 8:25 and I still haven’t had anything happen that would make me believe that they care about my order.nn8:27 finally got my order. I wish I had known how long it would take so that I wouldn’t have left my father in law in the car.
