Starbucks

If I could leave a negative I would. Went in this morning for my usual and the lid wasn’t secured correctly on my Venti HOT coffee. It dropped all over my stomach, Lap, and arms. I was late for work because I had to go home (20 miles away) and change and now have a burn on my stomach! All they wanted to do was remake my coffee! Like do your job correctly the first time and this wouldn’t have happened!!!! So disappointed....And I WAS a regular!

Not one adult behind the counter. The kids were nice enough, but they couldn't get our drinks right. Too sweet and couldn't detect any coffee at all. They got two of our three drinks completely wrong. Hate to complain about the young workers but there should be at least one adult working at all times.

Most of the time they get your order right. They need to work a little harder on the specifics such as light ice and extra scoops of the strawberries or blackberries. I believe there is one girl in there who doesn't know how to pay attention to detail whatsoever. The guy that works there always makes my drink delicious!! Pretty friendly in exception of the one female (I need to figure out her name). The drive thru is fairly fast as well. The best drinks are the refreshers (Pink Drink, Violet Drink)

Horrible customer service when i told them that they gave me the wrong drink they told me that i would have to pay again to get the drink that i actually ordered. It wasnt even for me. After a long conversation finally got my money refunded. This is one of millions of reasons why i dont go to starbucks
