This is the third time. Why do they continue to “accidentally” delete automatic bill-pay, return payments, without any explanation! They do not care about you, just another greedy bank who wants nothing to do with you.
Vonda is amazing! Just left and had an amazing experience. I had a unique situation and explained it to her (I’ve been stressed over this all week) and she calmly helped me get everything sorted out. All my worries deflated in under 15 minutes. I was expecting to be there getting this mess fixed for a lot longer than I was there. This establishment is lucky to have her! Will definitely recommend this bank to local friends and family.
Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. Love being able to pay through the drive through. Vonda is truely a saint. She explained how insurance can go up if you get a sporty car and made sure I was getting my car for the right price. She went above and beyond for me and I can't thank her enough!
