First of all, I was pleasantly welcomed and my questions were answered immediately. An appointment was scheduled for the same afternoon to prepare my taxes. It was such a pleasant experience working with Jennifer Holt. Jennifer is both a professional and very talented when it came to getting my taxes completed and finding extra deductions that I was not aware about. Jennifer found deductions which lowered my IRS taxes owed and increased both my Oregon and Idaho tax refunds. I truly believe in Jennifer's tax qualifications as very knowledgeable. She is an expert!! I will always return to H & R Block and have Jennifer complete my taxes. Jennifer made my tax experience a very enjoyable one. Thank you!!
