I worked with Matt and Gillian over the course of a year through an injury-accident case. Matt was up-front about expectations and helped me prepare for each step of the process, from deposition to mediation and settlement. He advocated for me regarding the insurance lien as well - all in all I feel satisfied with the end result. It was a pleasure to work the office of Kaplan Law!

If you are ever in need of an attorney who is looking out for you. I would highly recommend going to see Matt Kaplan. Him and his paralegal Gillian are there to help you with dealing with ever aspect of very trying times of a Personal Injury from a Motor Vehicle Incident. They communicated the process very well with me, and anytime I had a question on any part of the process. I knew I could call and ask questions. They were very prompt on returning any missed calls by me. If ever put in the situation of needing a Personal Injury Attorney, again. I will definitely be contacting Matt's office, again. From start to finish Matthew and his paralegal Gillian provided me with outstanding assistance with my case. At our very first meeting and on Matthew was upfront and honest about what I could expect in the process and settlement. I was always treated with compassion and empathy during a very stressful time in my life. Not only were all my calls or emails almost always answered immediately, the subject matter was explained clearly and never left me with questions. Matt and Jillian were both very nice and patient. They were easy to get ahold of and always called back when I couldn’t get ahold of them so the communication was great. If I were ever in the situation again where I would have to get an attorney I would certainly come back. They were both also really good at answering questions whenever I had any. 5 stars, I do recommend.

I worked with Matt Kaplan after a car accident where I was rear-ended in August resulted in several back injuries and my car was totaled. He was extremely responsive, professional, and personable from beginning to end. It honestly alleviated so much stress, knowing that my case was being handled by someone capable and knowledgeable in this area of law.
