Been in line for 12 minutes now and still have a customer ahead of me
Opened acct was asked a lot of unnecessary questions, probably for products I had no intention of applying for. Rep of bank, James Gage did not allow ample time between appts., I had to drive back after I left to get checks he FORGOT to put in folder. On top of that had wrong address for mail. Also rec'd 20 or so emails within 2 days. They SUCK. If I could give them zero stars I would.
My own experience is they are always friendly, helpful, cheerful, and professional. Been banking there for over five years now, and they've always been great...
They are not very customer friendly. There is always a wait. There is never more than 2 tellers a the counter. They do not seem to know how to answer basic questions. They also charge you $8 to cash a chase check if you do not hold an account there. I asked why and the gal just said it is our policy. She mentioned that there are a few companies that are exempt from this fee but could not tell me if my company was exempt unless she processed the check. When you call the branch phone #, you get a recording that says all tellers are helping customers. Try again later and it disconnects.
