Sat in the drive up for over 10 minutes while the banker helped multiple people in the store before finishing my transaction. She was not in the only one on duty, just a mismanagement of responsibilities.
Does anyone work here? One of the worst banking experiences ever. They have approximately twelve office spaces for attendants and employees, but never more than one person working. I've taken out loans in less time in other banks, in the time it takes to have someone acknowledge your presence at this bank location. Chase, you've become irrelevant.

Very friendly and caring tellers!! Excellent service
I love our local Chase Bank branch. We had a car loan through another local bank- this other bank was awful to work with. Today, Austin a teller at this Chase bank, helped us figure out how to pay off our car loan without any stress or frustration. I love Chase. They are friendly and great to work with.
