Utah First always has a very hardworking staff to deliver top notch customer service. I had contacted Jodie using the very convenient mobile app about some questions. She answered what she could and told me she would contact me the next business day to follow up and that's exactly what happened. Thanks again for your help.

I always find the staff at Utah First CU friendly and courteous. I find their interest rates on loans are very competitive and they always give me a good reason to earn my business. I have been a member for a few years and always find my visits pleasant. When I need to go inside the branch to conduct my business the staff always greets me me with a smile and quickly direct me to the appropriate place I need to be. The lobby always looks clean and inviting, the large windows allow in plenty of natural light. The drive through is easy to manage and It rarely takes more than a few minutes to complete my business... I would recommend.

I became a member of Utah First Credit Union in 1996 and it has been a love affair ever since...Nothing but butterflies and lollipops...What do I love about Utah First? The people...Just a simple thing like getting locked out of my online account is an example...I had Erick on the phone and he said he was new but he was the best of any agents I have dealt with...So kind to a technically challenged 70 year old...Thanks Erick and thanks Utah First...I feel that my banking needs are in good hands...

I love everything about Utah First. They are always kind and helpful. I have been dealing with Katie, and she is the most kind and compassionate person I have ever encountered. She takes the customer experience to a whole new level. Katie is professional, answers any questions I have, even on her days off, she goes above and beyond anything I have ever experienced with a financial institution. Hands Down Katie is incredible and Utah First Credit Union is wonderful to do business with!

I love the personal environment and friendly service! I was never on hold for more than a few seconds and I’m so glad they don’t have an automated answer system with a huge long list of menu options. Also, getting a car loan with them was so quick and easy! I was so impressed with the almost immediate response and the easy process! I would highly recommend this credit union to anyone!
