Luis F. at Herb Connolly Chevrolet did a great job showing me a variety of vehicles and matching my wants/needs to my budget, going as far as sourcing the exact vehicle from another location! We had a great experience here, after a couple bad experience in other dealers. Zack was really wonderful in his customer service skills and knowledgeable about the car we wanted. He kept in close contact with us and made us feel valued the entire way. We would buy our next car from and recommend Zack to anyone!

Really great dealership. My query was addressed right away. And my handler George Wells was as nice as they could get. Answered all my questions showed me the car, accommodated my timings during the delivery and was thorough and quick with the paper work. All that was left for me to do was, show up, get the keys and drive away.

Wow! What a great experience. I have a 2015 Chevy Cruze. My car tripped an engine light and was making a terrible squealing noise. Made an online appointment on Sunday for the Monday at 9 am. Dropped my car off at 9- Right away Justin, the service admin, knew what my issue was and was very receptive to my concerns and requests. He was polite, professional, and accommodating.nnI received a call by 10:30 am saying my car was done and repairs were covered under warranty-. They even arranged for after hours pick up for me. I went to pick it up and noticed that they vacuumed out the interior and did a exterior wash- at no cost to me. I left a very happy customer.nnI previously used the Pride Chevy Dealer in Lynn and was always left displeased and with more issues than I came with- Never again will I go there! Herb Connolly Chevy is the only place I will bring my car now. Thank you for the great service!

Great experience!! Thank you Zach and Rodrigo for all the help, as I stated to them in the past I have had very difficult experiences when purchasing a car but these guys didn't pressure or make me feel like I needed to make an impulse decision. I told them I need to think things over, I did and when I purchased Zach was super efficient with everything. The purchase was seamless. Thanks again guys!
