I had a wonderful experience with everyone. I worked directly with Darryl and he took great care of me. He really looked out for me and went above and beyond. If you're looking for a dealership that actually cares about their customers and don't treat you like just another person walking in the door. I highly recommend the folks at Long!

We visited three different Cadillac Dealers in our area and this was the most satisfying experience. Immediate greeting as soon as we entered. Knowledgeable staff. Financial gentleman followed us out so he could personally thank us for our purchase. Ron, our salesman, couldn’t have been any more accommodating. Picking up our auto was easy and quick. A very lovely gift bag was given at signing with celebratory beverage as well as pink Cadillac candy. Nice touch. Very highly recommend!!!

Best car buying experience I’ve had yet! I HATE dealerships, all the pressure and pushing you into things you don’t want. This place was very relaxed and made me feel very comfortable buying my Equinox! Ron was our salesman, he was great and easy going! He didn’t rush us out the door the second we bought the car. Brian was also a big help. You guys are doing great thanks so much to all of you!
