The owners, Bob and Patty, are perfectly wonderful, sweet people! Very quiet and peaceful. Can't get much on antenna TV, but, not really necessary. To be truthful, gave such high rating because of owners. Sites are nice, water pressure good, showers clean, neighbors friendly and helpful. Love the cottonwood trees, don't have them in PA that I know of. Looks and feels like really soft, white fluffy stuff that sparkles on the ground.

Patty and Bob very friendly and prompt on fixing any issues that may occur. Highly recommend this place for a place to stay for work or pleasure.
