My experience buying my first car was amazing! Freddy helped me out a lot, was extremely patient w me and my parents while we were there. He showed me a couple cars and worked w me to get my dream car and I could not be more appreciative. I've come in to pick up the car and get the inspection and he treats his customers w great respect, gives us his full attention while we're here, and eased a lot of my anxiety. He makes you feel like a friend and makes the process so much easier! Could not recommend him enough. My parents are senior car buyers and they were also extremely impressed w him. Alder (I believe that's his name) in finance is also extremely nice and he took care of us. He was very kind and funny. Overall, for my first car buying experience, these two guys are the way to go. Loved them and loved the service!

I came here in hopes of purchasing a nice, new, affordable car and was not disappointed. Vinny Collin went the extra mile at every turn to make sure I was satisfied with my new car and that I got the best deal. He made purchasing a new car incredibly easy, understandable, and timely. I will be sure to come back and personally ask for him if I ever have any automobile concerns.

We are incredibly happy with our service at Automax. We were wowed by their vast inventory. Freddy was friendly, efficient, attentive, and straightforward (which we really appreciate)! Freddy was very knowledgeable, and answered ALL of our questions with patience, and covered info that we hadn’t even thought of. We were able to select the car that we really wanted, and felt most comfortable with. We never felt any pressure, just good, positive energy, which is crucial when making such an important decision. We LOVE our new car! Also really appreciated the convenient one-stop-shop process.nnThanks Freddy/Automax!

BEWARE the high ratings are FAKE! These guys buy vehicles at auction, make low-quality improvements (cosmetically hiding rust, dents, etc...) and sell the vehicles almost as much as what you'd pay at a brand dealer, but without the quality. The F-150 I tried had just been spray painted under 3 of the 4 wheel wells and when I pointed that out to the salesperson Igor, he tried to swindle me with an incredible amount of BS. They are nice people, but NOT TRUSTWORTHY!nIf you're looking for a truck, go across the street to Ford Commercial Truck Sales.

I went into this location to test drive a car. I worked with Vinny Collin. He was great at his job and also extremely transparent. I asked him if he could get it all done by the end of the day for me. He finished before the afternoon was over. I am extremely happy with my purchase and also with the service I received. I will go back to this location for my next upgrade
