Chris Uhl was a no BS straightshooter (unlike the sleezebags at AutoMax across the highway), much more typical a commercial salesman. Love my F150, though the 2.7V6 is proving a bit underpowered in my first drive through the Green Mountains (and I feel somewhat useless for not having negotiated on the price). Hoping to have a long term relationship with Framingham Ford.
Like most people, I hate buying vehicles from dealerships. The staff at Framingham Ford made the experience quick and painless. Received a fair deal and Rocket was very helpful and ensured we were completely satisfied upon delivery.
I've just purchased a used 2018 F150 truck from Framingham Ford a few weeks ago and I love it. I believe the price was fair and the service was excellent. Recently purchased a certified pre owned f150 from framingham ford. The staff there was very friendly and helpful. The vehicle was priced fairly and they handled all of the registry stuff so when I went to pick up the vehicle I was able to drive it home without waiting.
I am now a long time customer from Framingham Ford. I have purchased my last two trucks from the dealer. Now that the miles are totaling up on my F-150, every time I need service I make sure to work with Dave. Dave, has gone above and beyond to ensure all service appointments go smoothly, and if there are any recalls or any service suggestions, Dave takes care of what needs to be done. I would strongly recommend everyone who goes to Ford Service to ask for Dave.
