Just went in for an inspection sticker. My wife and I are long time customers at Bernardi. Spent two hours. It was very busy. Nice waiting room and a chance to look at newer models. All in all pleasant experience. Manager that took care of me was very nice
Phil M. was wonderful ! He was very friendly and knowledgeable on what my car needed and took his time to go over the details of my completed services. I dropped off my car for a few hours and picked it up same day, now it feels like I’m driving a new car! Dominic, the service director, was present & welcomed me as a new customer as I entered the Service Department. I will never need to go to another Toyota to get my car serviced, this is the place to go!
Service department has gotten much better. They took me in real quick and helped me get back on the road. Very prompt and efficient.nnI still wouldn’t buy a car here though, lots of issues from the sales guys when I bought a car from here a few years ago.
