Honestly its not to bad for thr price, the shower is good and has a laundry room, both clean. The only issue so far is the noise, lots of kids and a train. And the management is very non responsive im stuck in a very small spot for the size of my camper and was told I could have the next large spott to open, well there is one now but uts already been rented. But for the price and its year round, this is not a bad spot. The maintenance guy is super helpful, friendly and awesome. If wasn't for the constant noise of all the kids and the train I'd give it 4
Great spot. Clean, updated facilities. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would stay here when traveling through any time.
